Part-time AmeriTowne Assistant (2 positions available) - Lenora, KS

Looking for part-time work and enjoy working with youth?  Come, join our team!

 

AmeriTowne Assistants work on a part-time/seasonal basis at Young AmeriTowne of Kansas, 235 S. Chapman, Lenora, in the former Lenora High School building.

 

The successful candidates will assist area schools and students when they come to run a life-like Towne at the conclusion of their Young AmeriTowne classroom curriculum each spring.  (Young AmeriTowne of Kansas is licensed through the Young Americans Center for Financial Education in Denver, Co., to provide lessons in free-enterprise and financial education to area 5th-8th grades.)  It's a fun and rewarding experience!

 

High school diploma or equivalent.  Previous teaching, training, or youth engagement experience preferred.  Must be able to walk flights of stairs multiple times a day.  Must be able to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol and criminal background checks.  Must be available to work specified dates in January, and March through May.
